Oriental print shift dress: Sportsgirl
Clutch: $10 from a dodgy Asia-based seller on eBay
Heels: ASOS Hysteric
Cuff: ASOS
Necklace: Vintage from Etsy
As soon as my wandering eye rested upon this pink floral shift dress hanging in Sportsgirl, my heart tattooed this dress and the words 'Be Mine' above its asscrack. I put it on layby on Wednesday thinking that I wouldn't pay it off for a week or two in an attempt to delay money being spent and wasted, but the very next day I received my first paycheck from Brent Wilson and the dress travelled home with me on the train that same night (the rest of the paycheck went towards Herbal Essences shampoo/conditioner...HOLY HELL DOES MY HAIR SMELL GOOD).

In love with how it hangs and the vibrancy of the print - although my sisters are adamant that it looks too "Asian" and I look like a "seven year old" (strong irony coming from my eight year old sister...)
I've got my eye on a bright floral Zara kaftan-esque dress and an Anthropologie floral shift dress on eBay...I hope you guys like dresses because I won't be wearing anything else. Minimal effort, maximal prettiness.

Met up with a bunch of beautiful bloggers today for some Saturday arvo lychee sangria at The Winery in Surry Hills. It was the first time I met some of them and all of them are such lovely girls. Good conversation and good sangria makes for a nice afternoon (I didn't even flush red...I moderated how much I drank. And by moderate I mean I drank about 1/4 of my glass of sangria while Em next to me chugged the shit down like it was water).

Afterwards we all convened in some Surry back street and went a bit too camera-crazy. The whole time I couldn't get out of my head how ridiculous we must've looked and how gen y - seven girls all whipping out DSLRs simultaneously when the food arrived and seven bloggers running around an alleyway all brandishing cameras and taking outfit photos (Joelyne's Instagram photo sums it up).

hahaha love how you describe everything. Seriously gen-y overload, but love the results! Whenever I take photos of food and stuff I get this slight uncomfortable yet enjoyable feeling when I start thinking "I gotta blog this." But it's gotten me really into taking photos!
