My friend Linda and I decided to take a break from the hustle and bustle of university, interning and casual jobs for a day out and about being tourists in our own city. In hindsight we probably did look like tourists, considering I am an Asian with a huge camera. We were going to hit up all the scenic views but ended up spending the majority of our day in Rushcutter's Bay and The Gap in Watsons Bay. Just being there at the top, you would never be able to guess that it's sort of notorious for being a suicide hotspot - it is such a beautiful place, with the most intense sweeping views of the CBD and the sea. Being the geniuses/fashion victims we are, we tackled this cliff face in heels, and came out on the other end with plenty of gratitious photos and blisters to prove it.

White bustier: Thrifted
Skirt: Robot Ninjas
Heels: Zara court shoes
Necklace: Thrifted
Trench coat: Gift
While we were sitting off a wharf/pier at Rushcutter's Bay, a man and his dog approached us. And then his dog proceeded to maul me and completely cover me in dog spit. At one point Digga actually just pushed me over and used my chest as a seat. He had fallen in love with me and couldn't get enough. Now if only I could charm a good looking guy with stubble and convince him into covering me in his spit and sitting on my chest and gnawing at my ears. Phil (owner) was actually the sweetest guy - we spoke to him about everything from eBay to London congestion tax to the types of girls you find at airports.

If only everyone was as lovely as Phil. I meet heaps of interesting people at work, though - half of them being tourists. Instead of selling clothes, I actually spend half my time at work giving suggestions to tourists on where to go and what to eat. Does anyone want to hire me as as tour guide? I am enthusiastic and can probably do a little rap and a dance for you on the side just to sweeten the deal.

And you know, if you aren't already sick enough of me being all over your proverbial internet grill, check out my interview with The Daily Grind Online, DDG Daily and Alphabet Bag's Twitter (2, 3). And just for the sake of link spam and self-promotion - make sure you follow me on Twitter to get all sorts of real-time updates on my latest bowel movements and minute details of my life that nobody needs to know. I also write twice a week for Door 121, a media platform. Do check them out and follow their blog! Last thing - I have a few ace interviews and giveaways coming up so keep a keen eye on the internet horizon.

Linda just started a fashion blog of her own so if you want to see more of her personal style make sure you check it out and follow, you won't be disappointed! It's called Just One More.

You girls are so brave to climb the cliffs in those fabulous heels! And it's always so neat to have reminiscing conversations with strangers. The bustier with the asymmetrical skirt is such a darling look.

I commend you and your feet. You've proven that while stilettos may not be the most practical trekking shoe, it can be done. Lovely as always. Your feet are commendable. (And I mean that in the least kinky of ways)
Lovely blog!
