This skirt is amazeballs, seriously. When I was walking up the stairs, with each step, the skirt puffed out the front of me, so it looked like I was walking on black smoke. It was badass. And I was so enchanted by it I forgot that I was walking up stairs, and I forgot that I'm as coordinated as a brick, and I fell flat on my face. What's new?
It makes me want to chant, dance around a fire and make potions out of shit in my fridge.
Wore this get-up to watch my school's musical - Oliver! It was amazing. But I didn't know whether to be severely amused or incredibly impressed by all my friends performances. Don't get me wrong - they were all amazing. It was just a little hilarious to see them all singing and dancing with makeup on like drag queens. The orchestra was incredible, too. Sounded pre recorded and everything.
Also wore this to have a "Jnr Hipster Day" - basically a day where everyone becomes a pretentious hipster for fun. Complete with nachos, overenthusiastic dogs and super-Indie playlists. Can't wait for Snr. Hipster Day (December 6th).
Our uber-hipstergay playlist that ended up not being able to play in the car anyway, making us resort to blasting Hi-5 into the night.
And before I forget, the amazing drawing Tiff Wang drew of me. DUDE. SKILLS. YOU HAVE THEM.

I recently got a 50mm f2 lens for my film SLR. I know what you mean about bokeh amazingness. It's like love and more love. It makes a pictures that much better cause I can imagine fairies dancing in the background to create the perfect bokeh.

UGHHH your skirt is absolutely amazing... I will officially be on the hunt for one... thank you for feeding into my thrifting obsession.
And I must critique your hipster playlist.... no "respectable" hipster would ADMIT to listening to Korn (insert backwards K) Britney Spears, Bow Wow or Eminem. They are far too mainstream to be given any acknowledgment. So when you listen to this playlist on Jnr Hipster day you must play them on a very low volume so no one can hear it. Got it?
